Returning is EASY and hassle free at Remote Openers!

We are happy to exchange, provide store credit or refund items in new, unused and original condition within 30 days from order date. Any product/tickets swing tags and packaging must be returned with the goods so the goods can be restocked and resold. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Return shipping costs will be refunded only if the return is a result of our error. The customer must contact us first to discuss the return. Please include a copy of your receipt with an explanation for your return and/or the items for which you would like to exchange.

We will not provide a refund if:
1. You cannot supply proof of purchase.
2. Goods have been used or tested.
3. The goods have been damaged after the purchase. Please note: this may be covered by warranty and the goods may be repaired or replaced.
4. Found the same item at a cheaper price somewhere else
5. If the order is for corporate special order or bulk quantities.

Special Order Items

Products that are specially ordered non-stocked items, custom made, bulk quantity, or corporate special orders cannot be exchanged/refunded.

Warranty claims

Goods are covered by manufacturer warranties. On your behalf we will assist to repair, exchange or provide a credit note for the goods subject to the agreement of the customer. If the goods are not repairable, you will be eligible for a new replacement, exchange or store credit. Refunds are not granted on warranty claims as the goods have been used. Please note, some manufacturers warranties are for replacement and not repair.

Please inspect your product within 14 days of receiving it to check for any defects even if you are not planning on using the item straight away so we can immediately exchange the item as a replacement and not a warranty claim.

We do not refund postage, or cover the cost of return postage on warranty claims, as your warranty is a manufacturer warranty not a Remote Openers warranty. If the product is damaged or incorrect upon receiving your postage will be refunded.

To start you’re dispute/warranty claim simply e-mail us. Most disputes can be resolved through communication and it's best to contact us as soon as you recognize a potential problem.
